If you have any issues or concerns about the fit of your custom item please email us at email@example.com and we can address how we may modify your piece to meet your custom needs.
If you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase (we hope this isn't so) simply return the item to us in its original condition and in it's custom container with 3 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding the delivery fee.
Please allow 1 week for your refund to process.
